I appreciate the work of Vice News in reporting on the ground the conflict in Ukraine this past year.
Watch this video. What’s being done by the Russian-backed rebels in the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic against non-Orthodox Christians is deplorable. The world needs to know. Pray for these Christians and for Ukraine.

The Christians are near the end of their time.
No way. “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church” -Tertulian
Persecution won’t kill the church. It will cleanse the church and ultimately lead to the spread of true believers who understand the cost of discipleship.
i knew you would disagree with me, you often do. i meant the time on earth, in regards to something about the end being near. 🙂
Ah, good point then 🙂

Last July when I was in Ukraine I heard of the brutality of the pro-Russian fighters upon non-Orthodox followers of Jesus. Here is a 19:19 film about the problem. I don’t know any of these folks but I’m sure some of my colleagues in the gospel over there do. It’s like back in the USSR.
I’m heading over to Ukraine in a few weeks, Tom. I’ll also be in Hungary – staying the night at Laci’s place.
I’m looing forward to being with the Ukrainian believers and hearing their stories. I’ll be just north of Dnipropetrovsk in Svitlovodsk – don’t know if you’ve got any connections in that area.
No, my colleagues are in Kyiv and west. I’ll pray for your safety and for God to be glorified!
